John, hello

I already have the Round/Tri Pendant and also the small water plate.

On top of the two story building where I live, there is an Optus Telco
Tower. What effect would that have on me, as I am on the top floor.
I know the lady who lived right underneath the tower did not sleep so
well.

For sleep, place the disc under your pillow at night and place it in a pocket on your person at other times for maximum protection of you energy fields.
